COUNTRY MANAGER – VELO/ROLLER SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE

Our ALLEGRA sub-area "New generation physical activity promotion" continues to gain momentum and we are developing projects for children, young people and adults. For us, (almost) everything revolves around the bike: In addition to our centerpiece, the Modular Pumptrack, we also create bike parks, skill and trail centers and measure frequencies. Each project reflects the individual needs of customers and users. Topical topics such as inclusion, physical activity promotion or urban development play just as important a role as classic increases in attractiveness. There are many unused open spaces and our customer groups are just as diverse: from cantonal authorities and municipalities to clubs, schools or urban planning and tourism.
YOUR PROFILE:

You are well connected and understand the relationships, processes and characters of our stakeholders from cantonal authorities, municipalities, landscape planners, schools, clubs to tourism. You like to think outside the box and deal intensively with current topics.
- You have a SALES FLAIR:
You are a strong communicator and have a certain knack and a winning manner when it comes to providing competent advice to different target groups. You see a challenge in finding tasks, partners or customers in order to convert a potential idea into a deal and a project.
- You are in DRIVER MODE:
You don't just implement things, you move things forward. You see yourself fulfilled in our products and services, you can identify with them, you want to get involved, help shape things and open doors - proactive passion is very welcome here.
- You feel the FLOW:
Are you passionate about exercise, cycling, roller sports? Perfect! We are looking for an authentic, ambitious and communicative personality with that certain something. You think quickly, are flexible and a team player. You speak German, English, possibly French and are willing to work remotely with a certain amount of travel such as customer visits in Switzerland, events, team workshops or supplier visits.
YOUR TASKS:
- market processing, development and expansion
- Distribution of our services and products to the respective target groups in Switzerland
- From acquisition of new customers and projects to project management, everything is possible
- Customer contact, advice and visits in all phases of the sales process
- Contribute to strategy development as well as marketing and sales models
- expansion of strategic partnerships
- Attendance and occasional organization of workshops, conferences, trade fairs
- Development of ideas for bicycle and roller sports infrastructure to promote physical activity in Switzerland
- Organization and communication with our international suppliers and partners
