How do I ride a pump track?

Learned quickly!

Driving a modular pump track is quick to learn! The aim is to generate speed through the pumping movement, i.e. loading and unloading the body weight, and to guide the roller sports device through the course without pedaling. 

  1. Put on your helmet, grab your scooter, skateboard, bike, etc. and off you go 
  2. The modular pump track has an entrance and exit that makes it easier to get started
  3. Loading and unloading your body weight creates and maintains speed on the course
  4. Curve: Always look towards the exit of the curve, not on the brakes, not too slow and hey presto: curve mastered! Ideally, you can generate speed again here.
  5. And another round…and another round! 😉
