Where previously only the underside of the A43 bridge dominated the cityscape of Recklinghausen, a lively meeting place for everyone has now been created: The «Floor 43» with the URBAN modular pump track in the World Cup layout. Children, teenagers, and adults finally find space here to try out their bikes, scooters, or boards, experience exercise, and have fun together.

Sun and heat? Easy! The bridge offers plenty of shade – even on the hottest summer days!
Security & Concept
Before we started, many safety checks had to be made:
Fire hazard under the bridge (height only approx. 5 m, no flammable objects permitted)
Traffic and political clarifications due to the central location between important traffic and cycle routes
The choice therefore fell on our URBAN Edition in prefabricated concrete modules: extremely durable, non-flammable and visually ideal for the bridge surface.

The area beneath the bridge was previously underused. With the pump track, it's now an attractive exercise area in the heart of the city. The facility is aimed at all ages: children, teenagers, and adults are welcome, regardless of whether they're riding BMX bikes, scooters, skateboards, or balance bikes.
