The advantage over dirt parks and asphalt pump tracks

Do I need a building permit?

Short & sweet

In most cases, a building permit is not necessary!

Why? In order to place a modular pump track on an area, no ground measures need to be carried out; the modular pump track is defined as a temporary solution (CH = road construction). In plain language, this means: No interference with nature, no excavators, no conversions. Rather, the layout adapts to the environment and obstacles such as trees can be avoided using the layout of the track. In addition, the pump track is not anchored to the ground during assembly, but rather the individual modules are simply screwed together.

The floor may need to be covered with tiles to protect the subsurface on the one hand and the modules on the other, but this normally does not require approval. Accordingly, you don't even have to be a property owner - perfect for the next event or trade fair.

Once the decision has been made internally for a modular pump track, it simplifies and accelerates the process without the need for building applications. Our tip: Nevertheless, we recommend getting a short GO from the municipality.
