Is there a warranty?

The good news first: YES, there is! And thanks to the modular design, individual sections can be replaced quickly and easily, helping you get your Modular Pumptrack back in use with minimal downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, and unless a shorter period is required by local legislation, the warranty applies for the following maximum periods, provided that the recommended maintenance requirements are followed.

  • 5 years: For the functional reliability of: all galvanised and uncoated metal components and solid plastic parts, as well as wooden components that are regularly treated and maintained according to local weather conditions.
  • 2 years: on coated plywood panels, surface-treated wood, galvanizing, sealants and paint coatings, from the date ownership or risk of the product transfers to the customer.

Any repaired or replaced components remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, to the extent permitted by law.

PARKITECT® provides a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee for the PARKITECT®  Modular Pumptrack (Product), limited to the first purchaser (Customer). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on products manufactured by PARKITECT AG or sold through an authorised PARKITECT® reseller, provided the product has been assembled in accordance with the installation instructions, and maintained in accordance with the user manual.® Sold to the reseller and assembled in accordance with the assembly instructions and maintained in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

This warranty provides specific rights, which may be supplemented by applicable local regulations.

  • Damage caused by: vandalism, misuse, intense exposure, unforeseen environmental conditions, accident, neglect, improper handling, improper transportation, abuse, acts of God, etc. are not covered.
  • Any defects related to: improper assembly, improper installation, failure to comply with recommended maintenance and care, carried out improperly or incorrectly. Maintenance and repairs by unauthorized third parties.
  • Use in connection with third-party products (aftermarket products) and changes to the product itself are not covered.
  • Defects caused by normal "wear and tear" and weather influences such as: worn pavement, chips and scratches on the pavement, discoloration of surfaces and other cosmetic problems, cosmetic wood deformation, chips and resin leaks, etc. are not covered.
  • Defects more than 60 days after the initial discovery of the defect or 60 days after the possible first discovery that should have been discovered during a periodic inspection are not covered.
  • Any defects in used products such as EX demonstration products, used products, EX rental products, even if purchased directly from the manufacturer, are not covered.

The first point of contact for a warranty claim is the supplier or reseller from whom you purchased the product, from whom a warranty claim form and instructions on how to proceed were received.

After receiving a complete application, PARKITECT® will assess the reported defect. Any product found to be defective will be refunded, replaced or repaired free of charge at the discretion of PARKITECT.®

If a product is replaced, the defective product becomes the property of PARKITECT® and must be returned on request of PARKITECT® .
