Construction diary: World Cup Classic for Brunsbüttel

Easy and quick installation on any open space

This is not a classic diary. Why? Because the structure of the CLASSIC EDITION is usually completed in just a few hours. This of course depends on the type of open space, the surface, the length of the road, the number of modules, and the number and motivation of the helpers.

But we can say one thing: The assembly is quick and easy – even if you are left-handed. We will show you how it works on Example Brunsbüttel. The municipality in the state of Schleswig Holstein has an entire sports field at its disposal, which is equipped with a WORLD CUP Layout should be spiced up.

The conditions for a smooth construction are ideal: Werner has active support, the area is perfect and the autumn sun is shining.

Let's go!

World Cup Classic Edition

Modules made of marine plywood, a roadway made of fiberglass with an extra non-slip quartz sand surface. More information on CLASSIC EDITION?

Step 1: Delivery

Yay, the modules are here! Depending on customer requirements, the Classic Edition can be delivered within a very short time in the desired color, with individual user rules and with optional branding.

The modules are delivered on special pallets by a freight forwarder directly from the factory to your open space - with a lifting platform if required. After a quick check, Werner and his team can begin removing the protective film from the modules.

Step 2: Preparation

If the area is as ideal as here in Brunsbüttel, no major preparation is required.

The space can be quickly measured and the modules or pallets can be moved roughly close to the final position. If your area is a little smaller, has obstacles such as trees, the ground is a little uneven or consists of a rather soft surface, we also have a lot of experience here and have professional solutions for every open space.

Assembly instructions for each layout come with every delivery and are also sent in advance by email.

Step 3: Place and screw the modules

Yay, we can play Lego again.

Each module is now screwed together step by step according to the assembly instructions. Thanks to the labels and very simple steps, anyone can help.

All the screws are hidden so that no heads are visible on the road or on the outside of the modules. This is for optical reasons, but also provides a great deal of security and protects against vandalism.

The basic tools and required screws are included in delivery.

You will see: The Modular Pumptrack takes shape very quickly and soon your legs will start to tingle and the desire to get rolling and test it out will grow in every helper.

Step 4: Install the exterior walls

Finally, the outer curve covers are attached. These are the finishing touches visually, but also ensure safety, stability and the possibility of attaching branding or banners.
The user instructions that we create individually for you also have their place here.

Step 5: Start rolling!

Once the last screw is in place, there is only one question left to answer: who goes first? Once you have figured that out, nothing stands in the way of endless fun on all wheels.

Congratulations to Brunsbüttel!

...and what happens next?

What can't be missing from such a highlight? That's right, an appropriate opening event. In the case of Brunsbüttel, BMX world champion Kristaps Veksa was even invited, who not only put on a show but also gave a cool workshop for the kids and young people.
