Concrete, asphalt or perhaps a dirt pump track? We can help!
We have a few compelling arguments why, if in doubt, you should opt for a concrete pump track rather than the asphalt or dirt version.
Can be embedded in the ground or placed on the surface.
Did you know?
Compared to asphalt, concrete is much more resilient, harder and more durable with lower maintenance costs – for sustainable and endless driving pleasure
longevity
The concrete modules are extremely robust and can withstand the daily stresses of various sports equipment - even with heavy use.
Maintenance effort
Compared to tracks made of gravel, earth, and even asphalt, exposed concrete pump tracks require less care and maintenance.
Construction
In comparison to the asphalt version, the assembly is completed within a few days. The assembly of asphalt pump tracks or dirt pump tracks is highly dependent on the weather and, due to the materials, can only be carried out in dry conditions at a set ambient temperature. The prefabricated concrete modules are delivered on pallets and can, if necessary, be assembled even in the rain. In Berlin, for example, our team only needed 5 days to assemble.
Repair, dismantling, reconstruction
If something is damaged, the layout needs to be changed or the area needs to be used for something else after a few years, this can be done more efficiently thanks to the modular system.
Weather resistant
The modules can be ridden in almost any weather because the specially developed surface has extra grip. The modules can be grouted to create an extra flowing driving experience - even for small wheels.
Heat resistant
Such holes in the asphalt are caused by the heat caused by the friction of e-scooters and mopeds, which melts the asphalt. Simple physics: ready-mixed concrete is much harder than asphalt and does not melt when heated.
